I set up Email Notification exactly the same for FORM SUBMITTED and SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO FORM SUBMITTER.The FORM SUBMITTED submits exactly as intended — the attachment is included in the emailSEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO FORM SUBMITTER includes an invalid link and clicking the link returns this message - "The previous page is sending you to an invalid url (http:///images/data/byW6PGW7zgqyddUCoDW6Wz/aPW41kiSjbcO_cGgTlWOum/Jordan-Unit3.pdf). If you do not want to visit that page, you can return to the previous page."Is this intended or a glitch?
I think it’s a glitch. Most probably due to not properly escaped spaces in file name. Please, give me your app/form name or link so we can further investigate and fix.
The form is — Facilitated Sales ActivityAnd a quick question — are dynamic dropdowns (one dropdown selection populates a second dropdown) in your development queue?
Currently such dropdowns can be made using Field Rules, see Rules menu at the left. We do not have another ideas how to improve it, so, please, feel free to create new feature request if needed.
Please, can you forward us that email with broken link to email@example.com?Because we were not able to reproduce that error.
I think the Field Rules will do it. Thank you.
Thank you for forwarding email to us.In ‘new entry’ notifications MTH sends files as an attachment and only send file name instead of |file_field_name| in template. In ‘confirm email’ MTH tried to send linked file name. But it was not a correct behaviour. We’ve already changed it so it will send only file name.
