One of the rules on my Deal form is not working.

IF Delivery Type = Standard THEN Hide # Phases

There is one very similar that is functioning just fine so I am not sure what the issue is.

Try to simplify rules, maybe there is a conflict within same field value rules.

Please take a look at my rules. There are no conflicting rules, although there are multiple for a given condition. None of my rules are working.

Ok, we’ll check. Do no not modify anything while we investigating.

Yes, there is a conflicts in rules.
For example, currently you have:

1. If Delivery Type is ‘Multi-phase’ then Show # Phases
2. If Delivery Type is ‘Standard’ then hide # Phases
3. If Delivery Type is ‘Retainer’ then hide # Phases

You don’t need 2nd and 3rd rules at all.
"If Delivery Type is ‘Multi-phase’ then Show # Phases " will automatically mean that only show “# Phases” if “Multi-phase” selected in all other cases field will be hidden.

Having 3 rules will make only the last working.
I’ve already deleted 2nd and 3rd and it works for Delivery type now.

Thank you! I didn’t realize the software was ‘smart’ enough to know to automatically hide fields that are marked to be displayed conditionally.

To be honest ‘Field rules’ module has to be improved in several aspects, but it is not yet done.
This is why it is not obvious how to create complex rules and really not easy to do and may be confusing.
