I just added a new user and made him an admin but he cannot see any of the records I’ve created. How can I fix this?
Hi, Keri!That’s because previously you checked ‘Access to only own records’ for this user in the ‘Team’ menu.Please, switch his access role back to some other, like ‘Read, write, build’ and uncheck that option. Then make him Admin again.And he will see all records then.
