HI,I have set e-mail notifications when data are entered, or data are updated. It only works to all mail addresses chosen, when new data is entered through form widget.when going through table widget, and updating data, e-mail adresses are not all used.
Hi, Robrecht! This is because you entering data to ‘Pipeline complete sales/R&D’ table. So you have to edit this table settings. On your screenshots you opened ‘Adamczyk’ table, but records entered thought this form submitted to another ‘Pipeline complete sales/R&D’ table,so open main table email settings and update emails there.Hope it helps!
Hi Igor, yes I understand.but if I do this in the main table, “Adamczyk” will also get an e-mail when" castex" updates something in his data?Kind regardsRobrecht
Currently you can control notification recipients only by manually entering them into the list, separated by comma.
See attachment please
Yes, currently only main table notification settings will work for all child forms. As I understand you want to change this behaviour, so child form’s settings worked in priority to main table?
Yes that would be a very nice feature !
We’ve already changed this behaviour. So if you editing child’s form record you’ll be emailed to this child’s form notifications recipients. Please, try it and let me know if you’ll need anything else.
