Hi!I’d like to use QuintaDB to store potential hires for my company. So we would capture their personal information in a DB.Then if the candidate is hired, I’d like to get the information from that DB to fill out the contract and print it directly from QuintaDB. Is this possible?A work around I’ve figured out is that the “notification” email sent after registering a new entry is formatted so that it has the contract in it, however this would send out every single candidate instead of only having those who are actually going to be hired.I hope there is a feature for this.Thanks for your help!
Hi, Jaime!Yes, you can achieve this in QuintaDB.In order to fetch only some of the candidates just use Search or Grouping on the Records page and save the result as a Report.You can customize your records using HTML templates, please, read more here.We’ve updated the system interface recently, so blog post and video may be out to date a little. To find Record tab where you can create and customize your record template open the Table Widget page and click on the Record tab. Please, see the screenshot below.
