Anyone Able To Help Me Build an MTH Databse

Publication date: August 13, 2018

I think that MTH will be able to do most of what I am looking for but, whilst it may be an easy interface for people with more technical skills than me, I am finding it quite difficult without a tutorial that shows you how to get started and what each of the choices in the fields options and advanced options do! I have no idea what ‘Validate on submit’ means or ‘FORMAT (REGULAR EXPRESSION’ means or what to use it for.

I am enjoying learning but I need to get my project up and running. Is there anyone that can help me put this together? I need help to create the user accounts, front interface and various reports etc.

This is probably dead easy for someone with experience of the software but for me, I think it is going to take too long to learn each part to be able to make it work.

I need 4 basic forms
lead entry
Agents information
Surveyor information
Manager Information

Agent logs in and loads up relevant lead information
Admin allocates to a manager who then begins process and checks
Manager, on completion of checks, books a survey and allocates to the surveyor
Manager on completion of the survey send to installer who books and carries out the install

The agent can only see progress of his leads
Agent and manager can see all leads.

Surveyors can only see their leads
Installers only see their own installs

I am able and have setup the fields and a few of the rules and formatting options but I need help with CSS and, report building.

Drop down text color

Publication date: April 30, 2019

I noticed if I have selected white text for the form, the drop down menu font color is also white, not showing in black. I tried a CSS file with font color but didn’t work.

Attached example screen shots. Thanks!

Side by side fields

Publication date: August 13, 2018

Hi, is there a way to have two fields side-by-side and not under each other? Attached example of ‘working hours’ where I want to put AM / PM radio buttons or check boxes side by side.

Many thanks for all your help.

Random ID #

Publication date: August 15, 2018

I need to figure out how to create a random ID # with a 2-letter pre-fix for each member.

I’m going to create registration forms and will have to have these unique member ID #’s to generate and
send an automated email to the registered new member with the new number.

Clone Project small issues

Publication date: August 16, 2018

1. Widget views are not duplicated.
2. Where a graphic file appears to be empty – I use small png files as separators – the clone project program seems to skip these. Only applies to very small files that have no content.
3. CSS files embedded into a form or widget view database are not carried through.

Ability to Drag Fields

Publication date: January 25, 2019

I understand that we can use the CSS line to create columns in our Forms, but this is a bit tricky during development. It would be easier if we could drag them into columns as we can drag their order now.

CSS to create table for checkbox section

Publication date: August 20, 2018

I created a submission form that is shown on this page:

The last section of the form is a question with 10 checkboxes. Instead of all 10 in one column, I was hoping to spread them out over three columns.

I tried the CSS code example provided on MyTaskHelper, but it doesn’t seem to work for checkboxes.

Thank you for any suggestions you can provide!
