I would like to create a form with course data… then have separate form for student data. This would allow students to be linked to a course and not having to enter course details every time. each course added would need to be separate from the next course…
Also is there anyway, We could have multi user access?

Just evaluating mytaskhelper and I have a question. In the general information you claim that this is a “MTH is a relational online database.” When I create a form. How can I add a question that may have several answers (unknown number of answers may be 4 however it could be 30)?

So far I can create a table with multiple lines but I need something a little more dynamic!

Entry Required in Linked Field

I have an address drop down in one Form that is linked to many addresses in a second Form. The link works as expected, but I cannot make the selection in the first Form required.

Hi I would like to use one form of approx 15 fields.
Through reports I will have them filled in by several users. (commercial people)

I would like to create a second form that is containing approx 25 fields.
15 of these fields would be identical to the ones in the first form.
10 would be extra, reserved to R&D people who can tha add the information in the extra field for that specific record.

How can I create a link to have all the records of the first form in the second form.

If this works. I will be a big fan of your system !

Bug between my records

I am cleaning the data that I imported and I have discovered that several of the records are connected to each other and when I choose “select theater” for one, it changes the other. This is all in the Production Form. One of the entries for 16th Street Theatre is linked to one of the entries for Cabrini Repertory Theater. Another 16th Street is linked to Cafe de la Gare. There are two Cherry Lane Theatre entries that are linked, one to the Cleveland Public, another to Company One.

Please tell me how I can unlink these.

I am struggling to figure this out during my trial. I have business clients that make purchases from multiple vendors. At the end of the year I get a spreadsheet from each of the vendors showing of how much each of my clients spent with each vendor. It basically has the client name and their purchase total. So I want to be able to upload the vendor spreadsheet and in turn the client database show the client’s name and how much they purchased from each vendor based on the data that is in each of the vendor reports. So for example if I have ten clients and each purchase from apple, microsoft, and google…the record would show the following columns…client name, their microsoft purchase amount(from the microsoft uploaded spreadsheet), their apple purchase amoutn(from uploaded apple spreadsheet, their microsoft purchases.. etc.

Can't select a choice from our linked list

I have a link from another form that will not select. It is in our change order request form. It is linked to our subcontractors on file form. For some reason when you try to select a name from the linked list it will not select anything.

Geting data of related data

i have two Form A and B
I had created relation between Form A to B and both have same relation (Has and belong to Many) between Order ID of both Forms (because both the Form have multiple entries of same Order ID with different charges). Now i want to pull data of Form B to FORM A, i had created a new field in Form A and used Formula under which i had selected option for contant values , i had tried all possible combination but i am unable to get it.

Visibility of field

I have a field in one form linked to another. When I add a new record the field appears and the result shows up in the list of records. When I log in as my test agent, the field is not in the form or in the list.

Drop-down menu look-up

I have been able to connect drop-down items on one form to data submitted from another form, but I cannot figure out how to position the drop-down.

It is created by defining a relationship and the default position seems to be the bottom of the form.

Any help here?

Options to add fields gone

When I send data to another form the option to add more fields is gone. I would like to add some description fields so I can link to another form then send that data to a form.
