Payment plan upgrade

Hi,

I currently have the Standard plan which was suiting my needs fine. I am running out of fields for my new forms, so was thinking of upgrading to the Professional plan. I have already renewed my Standard plan less than a month ago (yearly), so if I upgrade to Pro, will I pay only the difference between the two plans?

Can you please send me a link for the renewal according to my above situation? Also note that I will be renewing within the next few days, not today (so that the link does not expire).

Account upgrade

Hi Igor,

I’m planning to upgrade my account after trial period is over. I have noticed a link at the bottom of the pricing page (attached) to remove all MTH links.

My question is, if I purchase that, which account upgrade am I getting? Is it the Standard / Pro / Enterprise? Or will this just remove the MTH link & re-direction page on my free account?

How to undo account suspension?

After the trial my account was just suspended, but I am interested in the free plan. I signed up for the free account initially. However there is no option that I can see, where I can select the free plan for my account. How do I do this so that the suspension of my account can be lifted, and so that I can continue using the free plan?

Dutch translation in exchange for enterprise account?

Wow! I’m impressed with Igor’s programming!
I have tested many many online databases and this one is the most intuitive one for me with most of the functions I need.
Having developed web based aps myself, I would like to propose an exchange:
a Dutch translation of your interface in exchange for an enterprise account.
I may even do some marketing for you in Belgium and the Netherlands…
Other credentials: I’m a teacher Dutch AND English.

RENEWAL

Customer login/profile updates counted as Users?

I need to build a simple database form that captures customer’s profile and allows them to login, view and update their profile.
– would they be counted as a Team User in your Standard, Pro, Enterprise products? Or are they treated as external users that don’t count as team users?

This impacts the pricing, so wanted to know before i start developing

Rating System and Comments

Any plans to add the ability to create a star rating system like maybe Amazon’s? Where, if we created a table for website viewing, a user could rate each item on the table? Thanks!
