I’m planning to upgrade my account after trial period is over. I have noticed a link at the bottom of the pricing page (attached) to remove all MTH links.
My question is, if I purchase that, which account upgrade am I getting? Is it the Standard / Pro / Enterprise? Or will this just remove the MTH link & re-direction page on my free account?
How to undo account suspension?

After the trial my account was just suspended, but I am interested in the free plan. I signed up for the free account initially. However there is no option that I can see, where I can select the free plan for my account. How do I do this so that the suspension of my account can be lifted, and so that I can continue using the free plan?

I am testing some systems at the moment.
I do this in my free time. Your system seems quite promising, but I haven’t decided yet.
Can you set me on the “free “ account? I can’t click on it, but I can’t see where I exceeded.
Or worst case, can you extend the trial for a week? I am on business travel from noon today.
