A 71-year-old male with a medical history of Diabetes mellitus, Cellulitis, cerebral infarction, muscle weakness, and hypertension. The patient was seen today for a Rash and other nonspecific skin eruption on bilateral feet. The patient was lying in bed with no signs or symptoms of distress; The patient denied headache, chest pain, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, fever, or any other symptomatology. The patient was educated about the importance of taking the medication as prescribed and the implications of not taking the medication. Education was given on the significance of hand washing and daily showering. The patient verbalized understanding.
