A 71 y/o male with stable chronic illnesses such as Parkinson's, HLD, DM, HTN, and mental disorders was seen today for a local infection of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, unspecified. The patient, with no S/S of acute distress, was found in bed. Denies SOB, chest pain, dizziness, abdominal discomfort, or headaches. As per the nursing staff, the patient has been compliant with treatment. Keep track until 03/25/2025 for better control. Education was given to the patient and nurse on the importance of redirecting the patient and keeping safe precautions and fall precautions with him. Education was provided on the significance of daily showering. The patient was seen today to monitor nystatin, levofloxacin, and ciclodan treatment. The patient feels better, and there are no new events. The rash on his inguinal area is improving. No itching was reported. No swelling was present. The patient denies pain. Lung inspiratory wheezing on auscultation. Right lung worse than left lung. Heart S1 and S2 present.
