Position Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of real estate and construction projects. Review and approve construction contracts and drawings. Assist in office and warehouse space design and layout. Work with local government agencies regarding zoning permitting and other building regulations. Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering or civil engineering required. 2+ years supervision experience in construction management a plus. CAD experience also a plus. Available for travel to branch and international locations. Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
