Consent agreement - Swift was the holder of a Trainer's license and was sole caretaker of the greyhounds in the kennel; a greyhound had to be euthanized while under her care; a consent agreement was reached in which Swift voluntarily surrenders her Trainer's license (she is also not to be left alone with the dogs if the kennel owner/trainer must be absent for 3 or more days), she must complete 20 hours of volunteer work with an animal protection agency approved by the Dept. within her 1st year of probation, and she may not apply for a Trainer's license during the term of her probation - if she subsequently applies for a Trainer's license, she must retake any exams required for licensure |
