Animal cruelty - Tucson Police were called to investigate greyhound reported to be, "extremely emaciated, lethargic, and appearing to have diarrhea"; "Animal Control concluded that the animal was very thin to the point of skin and bones (25 lbs.), had sores on his skin and was infested with ticks"; McAllister was charged with a felony count & a misdemeanor count of animal cruelty; he did not appear at hearing; license was originally suspended for 60 days by Tucson Greyhound Park Board of Stewards, but was later revoked by order of the Director |
