| DESCRIPTION/NOTES | Dog (Birthday Toy) fell onto the live rail and was electrocuted during the 12th matinee race at Sanford-Orlando. The lure operator did not immediately stop the lure, stating that he did not notice that the dog had fallen and died. When he did realize that the dog was down, he cut the power to the lure and then sped it up when the other dogs caught up to it. The lure then coasted in neutral until it struck the electrocuted greyhound. |
