"inappropriate handling of a greyhound"; two eyewitness statements were included with the records - apparently Schultz had seven dogs with him for weigh-in, and one of the male dogs attempted to engage in sexual acts with one of the female dogs - at this point, Schultz grabbed the male dog by his collar, pulled him close to him and began loudly swearing at the dog. The track vet then rushed over to Schultz and demanded that he stop treating the male dog in such a manner - she then took the male dog from Schultz.
