Complaint filed by Abner Thomas - he told the investigator that Zachary Ruip asked him to run the kennel and keep an eye on the greyhounds as he was going to Tampa to work with his father; the agreement was that Zachary was going to pay Abner $400 to watch the dogs until a replacement for Zachary arrived; Chief Investigator, Betty Lewis, stated that she would like to hear from Zachary as to this arrangement; Abner later reported to the State Office on 8/24/07 that Zachary's father, Larry Ruip, paid him in full so case was closed |
