| DESCRIPTION/NOTES | Greyhound owner, Donna Puccio, filed a complaint stating that some of her greyhounds were transferred from Jacksonville Kennel Club to the Woodlands in KS without their racing lines, health certificates & shots. Due to the greyhounds being sent with this information, Puccio incurred a cost of $218.50 in vet bills to get the necessary docs for her dogs to race in KS. Investigation found that there was no violation of pari-mutuel wagering rules. |
