DBPR received a complaint from SOKC general manager (Mark Loewe) regarding dogs that were coming into SOKC with no or expired vaccination certificates; one of the dogs identified by Loewe as having no vaccination certificate was "Ristaker Tammy" so investigators spoke with Curran, who is the trainer of record for the Andrew Sarras Kennel; according to Curran, he sent a copy of the OK Dept. of Agriculture certificate that shows that the dog was vaccinated on 8/6/09 (and he provided a copy of this to investigators) so the dog was vaccinated at the time that she last raced at Flagler before transfer on 7/30/10 and when she was sent to SOKC on 8/4/10; based on this information, the case was closed without action. |
