After being notified that greyhound MC’s Blue Moon had been scratched, Dr. Bruce Olson reports that he witnessed Lacasse “grabbed the muzzle and blanket and jerked them from the greyhound and threw them to the ground. She also grabbed the greyhound by the collar and twisted the collar. She continued to twist the collar as the greyhound jumped off the ground and tried to rotate away from Lacasse…..Dr. Olson advised that from what he observed, the greyhound was not choked, injured or damaged by Lacasse…..In Dr Olson’s professional opinion, Lacasse did not injure or abuse the greyhound nor did her behavior rise to the level of animal abuse” |
