Div. Director, Milton Champion, received an email compliant from Jack Cory re: paydog.com; Cory states that paydog is owned by U.S. Off-Track, LLC and their corporate registration lists their address as the same as the St. Pete track; Cory alleges that by encouraging big Florida bettors to wager on races occurring at St. Pete through paydog.com, the track can avoid paying the full state tax and this is costing the state much needed revenue investigator did not uncover any rules or regulations that would prevent the track from encouraging bettors to place their bets online through paydog.com so case was closed with no further action. |
