Consumer complaint - Robert Baker filed the complaint alleging that the photo for the 4th place in a race showed 1 dog to be much smaller than the other even though the program lists them as being the same size; investigation found that both the paddock & patrol judge both check the tattoo numbers of the dogs before they race & both people were interviewed; in addition, a review of the program shows that the #1 dog was a female weighing 64 pounds & the #2 dog was a male weighing 76 pounds; also, the angle of the camera contributes to why the dogs appear to be so different in size in the photo; investigator contacted the consumer with this info & he was satisfied with the result, thanking the investigator for looking into his complaint |
