Mr. Mulligan submitted an application for a pari-mutuel license on 11/20/07 and stated that he does not have any sort of criminal history; he was arrested on 12/5/07 & charged with possession of marijuana & tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; the investigator spoke with Mr. Mulligan regarding the incident on 12/5/07 to which Mr. Mulligan explained that the search was most likely illegal & that no evidence was found to support the charges - Mr. Mulligan has an attorney and in the course of the investigation, the fabrication charge had been dropped. Based on this information, Mr. Mulligan did not falsify his application & the case is closed |
