Involved in confrontation & verbal assault on another licensee; has a pattern of this type of behavior; was originally fined $100 by Phoenix Greyhound Park Board of Stewards; he did appear at hearing with legal representation; license suspended for 1 year - in addition, he must complete anger management course, refrain from consuming alcohol on Dept. property, must submit to random screening for alcohol & other prohibited substances and must provide the name of another licensee willing to be a "mentor" |
