Failure to properly supervise the kennel master to ensure that lockout kennels were kept in proper sanitary condition; "On March 15, 2007, an inspection of the Tucson Lockout Kennel was conducted. There was a very strong urine odor in the kennel. The crates have matted hair, blood, dirt & canine excrement on them. The walls behind the crate have blowout on them"; he did appear at the hearing and testified that different oversight standards have been introduced to correct the situation; he was put on notice that such a violation will not be tolerated should it happen again; fine upheld |
