Data export scheduling

In QuintaDB you can schedule Email and FTP export. You can choose both CSV and Excel file export

Setting export to excel or csv as task:

1. Go to the Records menu and click on 'Export' - 'Data export scheduling' button.

2. Press on the 'Create new task'.

3. Choose 'Table' or 'Report' export.

Enter access credentials for ftp or email address for email mode. You can automize your FTP, SFTP export or email in different formats like Excel or CSV:

4. Choose the day, time and time zone for scheduling.

5. There are also several useful options in the 'Advanced options' tab:

  • choose name for export file;
  • converting data to unix time format;
  • delete first row in Csv/Excel.
