Comments on Records are now available in the portal

The Record page has a "Comments" tab where users (who have access) can exchange messages and leave comments on the record.
Now comments are also available in the Portal.



In the upper right corner, you can unsubscribe or subscribe to email notifications of new comments.

In the table access rights settings, you can control the ability to view comments and add new ones:

Recurring events in the calendar

A "Repeat every year" option has appeared in the calendar settings. It allows you to display events from any year, not just the current one, in the calendar.


So now you can create a birthday calendar.

This option will be useful for HR and not only.

Sorting the values ​​of the "Checkbox" field

The ability to sort elements has been added for the "Checkbox" type field.
This will make it easier to swap elements:

System columns in the "Relationship" field

In the Relationship field settings, you can now select the system columns to display in the table.




As a result, the date of creation or update of the record, IP, record identifier or record owner can be displayed in the table:

"Maximum possible number of options in the autocomplete dropdown list" option has been added to the "Relationship" field.
You can set any limit for autofill.

The ability to hide the page header in the portal

A new "Show page header" option has appeared in the portal menu item settings.


By disabling it, you can hide the page header (the arrow shows where the header with the page name was):

Ability to hide 'Add Record' and 'View All' controls

If the form has a relationship (parent), then the "Add record" and "View all" controls are displayed on the record page, which allow you to quickly view related records or add a new one:
