Files export

By default, when you export files from a spreadsheet, you get an archive as an attachment. If the archive is larger than 1GB, then the email will contain a download link.
If you always want to receive files as a link, now you can enable the corresponding option.
To do this, go to the "Records" page and click on the "Export Settings" menu, as shown below:



On the "Export settings" page in the "Files" section, you must activate the "Links instead of archive" option:



After that, the letter will receive a link to download the table file archive:

Maximum and minimum by column

Now you can find the entries with the maximum or minimum value.
To do this, simply use the new criteria in the search form - minimum and maximum:

How to capitalize the first letter using the capitalize function

Sometimes it becomes necessary to capitalize the first letter of a text. In this case, the new capitalize function will suit you.
Just create a field of type Formula and use the new function, remembering to quote the HTML field name:



As a result, you will get identical data, but with a capitalized first letter:

 

How to increase file size limit in form

By default, the maximum file size that can be uploaded to a form is 10MB.



In the field settings, you can increase this limit, before it was a maximum of 100MB,
but now this figure depends on your tariff plan and can even reach 1GB.
Standard and Free - 100MB
Professional - 150MB
Enterprise - 200MB
Standard Express - 250MB
Professional Express - 500MB
Enterprise Express – 1GB

New headers in record updated notification

In the updated record notification settings, you can now set the sender and recipient of the reply.
