Go to the Notifications menu using leftside menu or click on the "Notifications" tab in the Records menu:

Uncheck "Form submitted" if you don't want to receive notifications when Form widget submitted.

In some cases you don't want to receive email notification about added records from "Records" page. You can turn them off by unchecking "Form submitted from 'Records' page" option.

Click on the 'edit' icon to customize the notification template. You can choose the recipients - Record owners or enter recipients manually. By default it's your account email.

You can receive the value of each field of added record and insert it in the notification.Click on the "How to insert record data" link for getting the data from the database.
