To set up SMS notifications you should click on "SMS" tab in the Records menu:

To set up notifications about new records in your database you should turn on the option "Form submitted". Then click on 'edit' icon to edit notification settings.

After that you may insert phone numbers which will receive notification and change the text of SMS message. You can receive the value of each field of added record and insert it in the message. Click on the "How to insert record data" link for getting the data from the database.

If you turn on the option "Send SMS messages about records added from 'Records' page" you will also be receiving notifications about the records that were added at the 'Records' page in QuintaDB.

You can set up the notifications when someone updates record in your database. Then you should turn on the option "Record updated" and insert phones than will receive this notifications.

If you need to send confirmation to the user that filled your form then the option "Send SMS-confirmation to form submitter" will be helpful for you. You should have a field on form where user will enter phone number. Just turn the function on, choose the field with phone number and enter the message.
