Portal Extension

Feedback and the opportunity to communicate with customers is an important part of business. Using the "Chat" extension for the portal, your customers don't need to go anywhere looking for a "contacts" page and write a long email.
The chat button will be available in the bottom right corner (or wherever you place it). The chat widget displays correctly on all devices and supports the most common communication methods: Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and others. 1. Open your application and go to the portal.
2. In the upper right corner, open the "Portal" menu - the "Menu" section.
