The second autumn update on QuintaDB service
Now QuintaDB has own application on the Zapier service.
Currently, integration has beta status and available by invitation only.
You can change the settings on the user's group access rights page.
Now you can select several positions to search for "Checkbox", "Radio button", "Dropdown list" fields type.
Use the "plus" icon (+) to add another value or the trash icon to remove the last one.
Open user's group access rights page and click on Search link:
On the next page you can hide columns and search criteria for user's group:
Using the Send file with the name: 'Form name + ddmmyyy' option you will receive an xls file with the current form name to your e-mail address or ftp.
This is useful if you often have to change the form name:

When you add or update record, you can specify one or more record owners. To do this, use the "plus" icon(+):
When you add new record in the Records menu or in the Form Widget, all Team member and all Customer portal users will be available in the list.
Using the form with the Record owner field in the Customer portal, only this portal users will be available.
To see this column in the table, you need to activate the system column “Added by”:
Select the record or multiple records and open the "Actions" menu.
Click on the the "Change record owner" option.
Now you can use Reports as a data source.
