Open the 'Records' menu and click on  the 'View' or 'Edit' icon:

In the 'Record view' tab click on the "Actions" control and choose "Clone". After that you'll be asked to update this record.

Most probably you need a Clone feature for copying big records, when the difference between records consist just in several fields, i.e. you have 10 forms fields, but 8 are just the same.
If you don't want to update it you can just cancel editing and you can see duplicated record.

You can enable cloning in table widget too. Just go to 'Table widget' menu and enable cloning in the 'Actions' section:
