It looked finished on day one. Then a field had to change, a client needed access, the data had to go somewhere real — and there was no one to ask. We take the process you were trying to build and put it into a system you don't have to maintain.
Tell us what brokeThe build itself usually goes fine. You describe what you need, something appears, it looks like software. The trouble starts later, and it is always the same three moments.
Someone asks for a small change — one more field, one more status, a different order of steps — and there is no safe way to make it. The tool that generated the app cannot edit it the way you need, and editing the code means hiring someone who understands code.
Then real people arrive. Your staff needs to see their own work and not everyone else's. A client needs to log in and see only their orders. That is a permissions question, and generated apps rarely have a real answer to it.
And then the data has to live somewhere. Not in a demo table that resets, not in a spreadsheet someone exports by hand — somewhere it accumulates, can be searched a year later, and does not disappear when a token budget runs out.
It is not that the tools are bad. They are genuinely good at producing something that works in the first five minutes. What they do not produce is the boring part underneath: a data structure that survives change, roles that decide who sees what, a place for files, a way to import what you already have, someone to call when it breaks.
That part is not a feature you add later. It is the thing the app stands on. Building it is a different job from generating a screen, which is why the handover so often ends with a working demo and nobody to own it.
We do not audit your generated code, and we do not repair React projects. That is a different trade and different hands. If that is what you need, we will say so plainly instead of taking your money.
What we do is rebuild the process itself on QuintaDB: your tables and the links between them, the forms your people and your clients fill in, a portal where each of them sees only their own part, reports that answer the questions you actually ask, and the hosting and backups underneath. You stop maintaining anything. When something needs changing, you write to us.
You describe your process — usually in a few paragraphs, sometimes by sending the spreadsheet you have been living in. We come back with what the structure would look like and what is missing from your description.
Then we build it. Your existing data is imported, not retyped. Your people get accounts with the right level of access. Your clients get a portal with their own login. Anything the platform cannot do yet is named upfront, priced separately and agreed before we start — you never discover it mid-way.
The Enterprise plan is 500 € per month. It covers building the structure, configuring it, connecting your people, and fixing things when something stops working.
Capabilities the platform does not have yet are quoted separately and paid upfront — you always get the price before any work begins. External services you plug in (telephony, mailings, advertising) are billed by usage on your side.
There is no setup fee and no minimum term. If after a month it is not what you needed, you stop.
We will not tell you that everything you built can be moved. Some things genuinely cannot, and you will hear that before you pay, not after.
We will not rewrite your existing application in its current form. We rebuild the process, which usually means the result looks different from what the AI produced — simpler, and with fewer screens that nobody was using.
And we do not disappear after handover. That is the entire point of the arrangement.
I built it with Lovable, Bolt, Base44 or something similar. Does that matter? Not much. We are not touching the generated project — we are rebuilding what it was supposed to do. Send us what you have so we can see the intent.
Can I keep working while you build? Yes. Nothing is switched off until the new system holds your data and your people can use it.
What about the data already in there? Export what you can — a spreadsheet is enough. Importing it is our job, not yours.
How long does it take? Most first versions are usable within days, not months. The exact answer comes after we see your process.
What if my needs change in six months? That is the normal case, and it is what the monthly plan is for. You write to us, we change it.
