Preparing your WhatsApp Business account
- Log in to Facebook — use the account managing your business. Create a Business Manager if needed.
- Review and accept the WhatsApp policies — WhatsApp Business Policy
- Verify business data — email, domain, and country must match Facebook Business Manager.
- Prepare a number for WhatsApp API — must receive SMS/calls. Recommended provider: Zadarma
- The number must not be active in the WhatsApp app
- Admin access to Business Manager.
