Portal Extension

Feedback and the opportunity to communicate with customers is an important part of business. Using the "Chat" extension for the portal, your customers don't need to go anywhere looking for a "contacts" page and write a long email.
The chat button will be available in the bottom right corner (or wherever you place it). The chat widget displays correctly on all devices and supports the most common communication methods: Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and others. It is enough to press the button, select any of the available communication channels and immediately proceed to communication.

Let's see how to add an extension to an application.

1. Open your application and go to the portal.
2. In the upper right corner, open the "Portal" menu - the "Menu" section.

4. Select an application. The extension supports receiving messages from social networks, instant messengers, callbacks, e-mail, personal url links and current QuintaDB application web forms. A complete list of applications is available on any paid plan.

  • Facebook Messenger is an instant messaging and video application. It is integrated with the messaging system on the main Facebook website and is based on the open MQTT protocol.   • Snapchat is a mobile messaging app with attached photos and videos. To use Snapchat messenger, please provide a username.
  • LINE is an instant messaging app for smartphones and PCs of Korean origin. To use, you need to provide a link to the QR code.
  • Telegram is a cross-platform instant messaging system with VoIP functions that allows you to exchange text, voice and video messages, stickers and photos, files of many formats. To use, you need to specify the name of the user or bot.
  • Vkontakte is a Russian social network. To use, you need to specify the name of the page. For example: vk.com/live.
  • SMS - used only for mobile phones. To use, you need to specify a phone number in international format.
