Account statistics

About resources on the QuintaDB service

The number of resources on your account depends on the chosen plan.

To view the statistics of used and available resources, go to the "Account" menu and open the "Payment & Statistic" - "Statistic" tab:

Please note: the statistics show the amount of resources used for ALL applications, forms and tables on your account. For example, assume you have an application 'A' with 200 records and 100 Mb uploaded files, and Application 'B' with 50 records and 10 Mb of files. Then the statistics will display the total resources used - 250 records and 110 Mb.

Exported records

The total number of created and available exported records. You can see export log by the link.

Please note: the number of exported records is updated first day of the next month, regardless of the plan. The payment date for plan is also irrelevant. For example, on November 29, you purchased the "Standard" plan, which includes 6,000 exported records. Over the next few days, you exported 3,000 records. On December 1, 6,000 records will be available again.

If you have spent all the available exported records, you can upgrade to a higher plan (the system will automatically recalculate the validity period of your account with the new plan). Or you can wait for the beginning of next month, when the resources are updated again. Exported files are counted in the same way.

Field rules

The total number of created and available field rules.

Conditional formattings

Please note: the number of emails is updated first day of the next month, regardless of the plan. The payment date for plan is also irrelevant. For example, on November 29, you purchased the "Standard" plan, which includes 10,000 emails. Over the next few days, you used 5,000 emails on your account. On December 1, 10,000 emails will be available again.

If you have spent all the available emails, you can upgrade to a higher plan (the system will automatically recalculate the validity period of your account with the new plan). Or you can wait for the beginning of next month, when the resources are updated again. You can pay for additional emails at any time with the "Enterprise Express" plan only.

SMS

The total number of SMS sent from your account. SMS is an additional resource that can be purchased on the pricing page. It may include:

API calls

The total number of API calls.

Please note: the number of API calls is updated first day of the next month, regardless of the plan. The payment date for plan is also irrelevant. For example, on November 29, you purchased the "Standard" plan, which includes 40,000 API calls. Over the next few days, you used 35,000 API calls on your account. On December 1, 40,000 API calls will be available again.

If you have spent all the available API calls, you can upgrade to a higher plan (the system will automatically recalculate the validity period of your account with the new plan). Or you can wait for the beginning of next month, when the resources are updated again. You can pay for additional API calls at any time with the "Enterprise Express" plan only.

Upgrade pricing plan

If you have reached the account limit for any resource, you can upgrade to a higher plan. Currently there is no way to pay the difference between the plans. When you upgrade your plan, the system automatically recalculates the validity period of your account, according to the new pricing plan. You do not lose your previously paid funds. For example, you previously paid for the "Standard" plan for one month. There is still half a month left until the end of the validity period, but now you want to upgrade to the "Professional" plan and also pay for one month. In this case, the new "Professional" plan will not be set for a month, but for a longer period.

- Go to the "Account" - "Payment & Statistics" menu.

- Click on the Upgrade button. Each click on the button redirects to the higher plan purchasing page.

- Choose the plan that suits you. Select the period and payment method.

Please note: before clicking on the Purchase button, please make sure that you have passed 3d-secure verification and entered the correct details.

Transaction was rejected

If you find that the funds were debited from your card, but the payment did not go through, it means that your bank canceled the transaction. In most cases, the reason is incorrect CVV number.

Don't worry, you haven't lost your money and your bank must return it to you (the time period depends on the bank). Be sure to check the transaction status in your personal account or in the bank's application. Try to purchase the payment plan again, specifying all card details correctly, or contact your bank's support.
