Build and automate your communication strategy using the Newsletters module. QuintaDB allows you to send personalized Email and SMS campaigns directly from your database records.

Getting Started with Email Newsletters

To launch a campaign, ensure your form has an Email field. You can trigger newsletters from the "Newsletters" module or directly from the Records page using the "Actions" menu.

Campaign Configuration:

• Personalization: Use the -Column Name- format (e.g., Hi -First Name-) to insert data from your database automatically.
• Sender Info: Customize "From" and "Reply-to" fields so customers recognize your brand.
• Templates: Save your designs as templates to reuse settings and save time on future mailings.
• Statistics: Track the total number of emails sent and analyze usage through the "Statistics" link.

Automation & Scheduling

Don't send manually every time. Use the Automatization feature to schedule your campaigns:

• Exact Date: Set a specific time and timezone for your newsletter.
• Date in Column: Trigger messages based on database dates (e.g., send a reminder 3 days before an appointment).
